sure @Jan. I primarily work with the chakras for control of energy in my body. Ideally i want balanced energy across my body, but when im practising state control, sometimes i have more energy than not in certain parts of the body.

One balance with the high odds for attracting a lot of women is to focus the energy to my butt and and belly button area. This grounds me in a healthy state of sensuality, which a lot of women dig.

There's another balance i figured out too. Where you incorporate more spiritual energy into yourself, balancing yourself in higher planes of existence. This will send tons of energy to the upper of your body, specifically your head. The states accomplished from here can also be quite attractive to certain types of women.
