    I'd have to say I'm no longer close to being an expert on Miami. If you live down there you know more about what's going on than myself. My advice would be master the basics, dress well, look like you have a bit of money even if you don't. I found the Cuban/spanish women very friendly, and of course with all the tourists you can't go wrong there.
