This strikes me as a more or less clear-cut case of barking up the wrong tree.
It is also fixation on one single girl, and doing a whole lot of stuff that is the opposite of anything we teach here:
I've seen a few of these "trans-man pregnant with husband's baby" things reported in the news, so I know it does happen. I don't know how much.
It's clear this girl is very confused and does not know who she is or what she wants, and that she likes you as a friend, but if there's attraction there she isn't showing it.
If I was you, I would tone it way down. You can still let her know you're interested, but if she's not interested in dating you right now, you need to be getting other experiences.
