2 girls at my place

Sup guys,i need some advice.
There`s 2 young girls (19 y.o)and i knew them for about 1.5 years.They are best friends,and always together.
From time to time they come to my place,we drink,smoke hookah and chillin.And ofc i want to fuck them.
I tried to escalate but they get resistant. It`s seems like each of them dont mind of beign intimate with me. In fact i managed to isolate one of them when other one fall asleep,heavy petting and kissing(girl almost bite my lips off) but no sex. But when they together resistance go up.
So here`s my thouhts
1) try to isolate one of them,invite only her to my place and try to escalate.But i think i will lose the other girl or both,if situation goes sideways.
Something like:-Hey you are cool person and i want to hangout with you 1 on 1.Maybe sounds stupid
2)just chillin and waiting for oportunities to isolate.Laid back and build comfort.But in that case you can wait forever.

And something about dynamics:
-Almost everytime they come to my place by their own initiative.
-Despite resistance,the girl who i managed to isolate, from time to time tries to "accidently" touch me.The other one stays calm and almost unreactive,and she is more talkative.
-I know that many guys tries to hit them up,but it seems like they have no sexual experience

Since they are 19yo it's possible that that they always come together due to safety and comfort reasons.

I think you should keep inviting them together, but isolate only the one you had already isolated before. Don't try to fuck both of them at the same time. This is sort of things requires a looot of skill. I tried to did it several times in the past, and it always failed, and they both got angry next day.

There was no sex the first time, but it doesn't mean it won't happen the second time. Isolate her, escalate. If there is resistance, don't push, instead fall asleep with her in the same bed. If you stay calm and relaxed, it's likely that she will wake up during the night and restart escalating on you. If this happen, it's also very likely that sex is gonna happen.
