I like to couple "break of rapport" with "misinterpretation" type comedy. For example:
Me: ...and that's how I got kissed by a seal. Don't think I would ever do that again. <---This is the conclusion to a short story I sometimes tell. But it can be any comment which makes her laugh. Works better if its self-depreciating humor though.
Her: [Laughs]
Me: Wooow! I just told you this very intimate story about myself (this is of course, also sarcasm. The story isn't intimate or personal at all), and you respond by laughing at me? What did I ever do to you? [usually she starts laughing even harder] Ok, you're straight up mean. I don't think this is gonna work out.
This is actually what 90% of my banter and about 30% of my entire conversation looks like. Me misinterpreting something she said in a way which makes her look stupid, mean, awkward, etc. Later on in the conversation, I also use the same type of misinterpretation followed by break of rapport to Chase Frame her.
Ex.
Her: Yeah, it took me like, 2 hours to get ready
Me: Oh wow, you're trying THAT hard to impress me? Yeah, this isn't gonna work out. Sorry.
To start, I would recommend doing stuff like this with a playful/sarcastic tone so she knows you're joking. But as the conversation progresses, you can bring it back to a more neutral tone of voice. Eventually, if an outside were to hear the conversation, it would sound like you're straight up insulting her. This works because if you've been doing this throughout your entire interaction, the fact that its a joke is implied. But a more serious tone of voice is more masculine and more conducive to seduction. Hopefully this makes sense. Its kinda hard to explain over text. If it doesn't, then just say everything in a sarcastic/ "I'm just kidding" type voice throughout the entire conversation. It still works effectively.
