I have always been torn about deplatforming people,
On one hand facebook and youtube and tiktok are all private companies and they are free to do as they please, but on the other hand, they are so powerful that maybe the should be reighned in by laws like the media,

I am more disappointed in women and lgbtq and minorities rather than the corporations. Imagine preaching so hard for your ideals and not recognizing your own flaws to then be inspired by your ideals to actually then elevate the world.

The complexity of Humans. :)

It was bound to happen.

As far as I understand, the guy was running a somewhat scammy business model.
Add that to massive reach based on polarizing content and someone at some point is going to do something to try to take you down.
The “scam” part only makes the eventual deplatform more legit and hard to object.

He was setting himself for this.

On the bright side (for him), I’m pretty sure he made some millions while it lasted.

I tottally agree, even though I noticed when the left does something we dont like,we usually just ignore them or unfollow them, but when the right does something the left doesnt like, someone is never satisfied with unfollowing, they have to try get the offender banned

Well, I’m not sure about that.
A lot of people got behind Trump and Peterson when they got deplatformed.

While there is a definite truth to the mostly left leaning conversation in social media, Andrew Tate is not someone I consider worth fighting for.

I personally think that the world is better if he is not spewing his polarizing half truths over the internet and scamming young men to sell his half-baked digital products.

Yeah, I agree. Kevin Samuels was much better. He actually had Nicki Minaj on his show and other celebrities such a T.I., supporting him.

There's truth to what he says but his programs are scams.
