Here's the deal:
I've been practicing Freerunning for 3 years (with some pauses in between) and as a result, have an okay shaped body.
One thing I take pride in is my sixpack, but then again,there's the problem: it's not that visible.
Why? Because of my god-damn belly fat!
It's not that I'm overly concerned about my body or anything, but do you know that when there is just an annoying amount of fat over your muscles that you keep pinching and poking and it also makes half your sixpack (mostly the bottom) vanish? Gah, that is so annoying!
I've tried to change my diet many times, including not eating white bread and overly fat things and also ketosis,
but my strict parents always force me to eat "healthy"(whatever their image of a healthy diet might be).
Can you guys give me any advice on losing that freaking chunk of waste?
