Any Law student here? :)

Hi Guys,

i like to learn about law on a slightly whole lot of detail. Not exactly learning law as a full profession but rather just knowing enough to know how to protect yourself just in case. I had the opportunity to study business law and a slight bit general law in my Accounting syllabus during tertiary school. I actually found the subject interesting myself.

The subject here seems tacky maybe, but i have interest in learning about law more, IS there any websites i can learn from? Attending courses some day might be great but let me know if you know any. Paralegal or whatever you know.

hey Zac, I studied Police Science for 1 year so I know a good deal but I am apro by no means. I know your from Asia so are you looking specifically at Asia law? USA law? global law as pertained to world trade agreements?? what specifically?

I haven't thought about it, in detail. I was more concerned on what i can learn generally. World trade agreements is something i will not go into, right now. In my head, i have business law (which is Contract Law), civil law.

Now i am looking into,

1) Criminal law
2) Human Rights
3) Commercial
4) Banking
5) Tax

A bit too ambitious but yea.

Hey Zac,

i'm curently in my 3rd year of law school

I've had 'Legal English' last year (which was mainly focussed on learning English law terms) and i'm having European law and international law in dutch at the moment.
So i'll see if i can find some English documents that might be interesting for you.
