Approach fear and lack of libido

Hi guys living alone having problem with libido, did not have libido for more than 3 months after occasionally masturbate thinking libido came back.now again did not masturbate for approximately 5 days ,1week .I had libido problem in past.I have carers coming every day some of them are pretty like today's I planned to take their phone numbers for long but fear blocks it.moreover libido problems discourages from seduction. I could read some of approach anxieties here but leave message like this now hoping with getting help with overcome fear of taking number.

How old are you? Any physical disabilities? I do think libido and fear could be related. I think testosterone increases willingness to take risks.
