http://www.rippednaturally.com/zig-zag-diet.html Its called Zig Zag carb cycling. I WILL NEVER DO ANYTHIG ELSE!!! The Ketosis Diets (that has been talked about on this site) in my opinion is complete shit. If you want something that will truly work and gets results. this is the diet for you.

I myself. Bulk for 8-10 months then do this diet strictly for 3 months. (bulked to 160) (I'm only 5 ft 5) then cut 13lbs and went to 147 (IN 3 MONTHS!!!!!!) (AND I DIDNT LOSE ANY STRENGTH GAINS!!) (now going to bulk to 170) currently 155 lbs.

(I have done 2 complete cycles of this so far over 2 years and it is amazing)

THIS IS BROSCIENCE!! 50% Fact. 50% Magic. 100% results.

If you dont trust The Tool.. you can you trust???!????

Cheers, The Tool

Tool,

I’m Gem, I’m new on the forums hope to be able to post more often as my schedule permits.

I’ve been bodybuilding/powerlifting for 15 months now, at 5’9 height I started at 120 lbs as a super ectomorph (been used to being one of the skinniest kids growing up). When I started I bulked hard, hard kind of overdid it and went from 120 to 150 (fat plus muscle) in 6 months. After this I cut back over the next many months, cut to 135 at 5% body fat, and then put on lean mass lean bulked which is what I’m currently doing.

Right now I weigh a lean 150 at 8% bodyfat and my diet looks pretty similar to this, it’s very comfortable, healthy and reasonable in my opinion. I lean bulk now so bulk but keep my bodyfat below 10% and stay pretty shred. I have a couple of bulk days in the week and a couple of cut days in the week. Bulk days I eat 4000 to 5000 calories and cut days are like 3500 calories or so (or even a little less maybe but above 3000).

Good luck if you are bulking to get heavy man, I've been doing lean gains for a while now and feel like not ever wanting to bulk hard like I did before. Depends on your goals; I still have all my strength and am consistently making strength and power lift gains, but have been enjoying the results with girls and the higher test levels from being lean and ripped (roughly a brad pitt fight club build) while being able to bodybuild and powerlift weight that looks stupidly impossible for a smaller lean guy to lift.

Good luck making gains man, all the best

-Gem

Interesting idea, I'll definitely have to give it a shot. I'll post back in a few weeks!
