hey bros with sexy body
I need some help badly I want to build a sexy cross-fit body shoulders being large to my waist in V-shape .
I am also ashamed to say but I can't do a single push-up on ground.

(I need some work out ideas)
(this is additional information about me please if you can take these in consideration otherwise give advice on above information only but body weight workout only)

my age is 17 & my height is 5"8 and weight is 50kgs.
I can only do body weight exercises as I have no access to gym
(currently my workout is like this do 4 sets of 8 pushups on stairs with 4 sets of 10 bodyweight squats)

hey guys i can now see fruits of my labour and great advice by radeng now i can do 2 sets of 5 pushups with perferct form on ground and muscle mass on arms.
now i need to pack more mass in arms but i also need build my core.
so you guys have any workout ideas for abs and back i can do squats but my abs suck(espcially lower abs) and i think my left side of body (abs and back) is more weaker than right side any advice on balancing that.
i still dont have acess to gym so still need bodyweight exercise and i can not do crunches so please suggest any other.i am looking to hanging leg rasis as final goal.

Hey man. Congratz on the results. Keep up the hard work and grow strong.

Below is a link that I have found very helpful. Hope it won't make things too complicated. Just use it as a library for what possibilities there are. Also bodyweight exercises are listed there, separately and under each muscle category.
