hey bros with sexy body
I need some help badly I want to build a sexy cross-fit body shoulders being large to my waist in V-shape .
I am also ashamed to say but I can't do a single push-up on ground.
(I need some work out ideas)
(this is additional information about me please if you can take these in consideration otherwise give advice on above information only but body weight workout only)
my age is 17 & my height is 5"8 and weight is 50kgs.
I can only do body weight exercises as I have no access to gym
(currently my workout is like this do 4 sets of 8 pushups on stairs with 4 sets of 10 bodyweight squats)
