Casino approach?

I've seen some of the articles about approaching in various places, but is it okay to approach at a Casino? If so, how should it work? I was thinking about using this today, but I didn't know if it is okay.

Me: Hi, are you ladies having any luck?
Me: I was walking by and couldn't help, but to notice you.
Me: What's your name?
Me: My name is J.
Me: Are you from here? (If not, I suggest places to go preferably with me)
Me: I know you have to get back to having fun with your friend and I have to head out, but it would be a shame if I never saw you again.
Me: Can I have your number so that we can pick up on this conversation later?
