Hello Ocantu,
Using chase frames is actually really simple. A lot of guys make the mistake of over-complicating them, but usually all you're doing is amusing yourself with sexual humor targeted at getting her to invest more. Doing this doesn't require lines or forward planning. It's more that, once you get the general idea and understand what you're doing and why, they'll just come naturally when you need them.
First, don't think of chase frames as lines. Not all chase frames are verbal. There is however a verbal element oftentimes, but focusing entirely on them can slow you down. Think of chase frames as you slyly getting her to invest and think about you sexually. So it's a pretty broad and multi-pronged category involving preselection, humor, investment, timing, and more.
Also, if you're not getting girls hooking, chase frames aren't going to help you very much. Using them when they have no investment in you is not very effective -- they're best used after she's already following and you now want to up the sexuality of the interaction.
However, I do think there is value in knowing a few solid lines to build your chase frames around and get an idea of what they can look like. A few examples I can think of on the spot:
1. "Are you coming onto me?" Joking around with a girl that she's coming on strong and that it's fun. Remember though, as with all of these examples, they can also blow things up if used at a time when things aren't playful or already sort of going in this direction. You say it like you already know the answer, and give her a sly grin. Afterwards you will usually want to release a bit of tension with a safer subject and reward her with more attention if she acquiesced to your frame.
2. "You're cleverer than the the girls who usually try and get into my pants."
3. Give a girl "oh really" eyes. Raise an eyebrow like you see through her. She will often blanch, say "what!", then start investing even more in you. Your response to her what can be silence or shrug or maybe say something like "That's an interesting image..." (What is it?) I'll tell you later, I don't think we're ready for that quite yet."
4. "I like how forward you are. Most girls your age are just so timid when it comes to going after what they want." I say this when the girl is generally being a little standoffish, but not so much that it's obvious that I'm reframing things so she feels allowed to more openly show her desire.
Hope you find this useful,
Howell
