Hey guys,
So in my never ending quest to improve myself, I've wrote about some stumbling blocks lately. In some ways, the more success I get, the more I stumble... which is good, it's better than taking no action and it's better than no results...
But it leads me to having a very disorganized list of things I want to work on.

As I got better lately... strangely, some approach anxiety began to creep in again. I'm not overly worried about it, I know how to get over it.
Maybe it's being more selective, maybe it's wanting to attract higher quality of girls (rather than interacting just for the "practice"). I'm not sure... but I'll get this covered.

I want to go back to basics though... for every success there's obviously a set of preceding failures.
I know I get successes when I get everything "right", I follow and succeed in all these new skills I have.
But I know it's a little hap-hazard... I tend to skip a step, or focus on one I think really worked in the last interaction and ignore some other part subconsciously.

So here's my new aim. Approach more girls but step back, don't rely on out-comes... not looking to fail but not looking to bed every girl...
I want to do the work. But I want to put together a list of areas to improve in increments.

i.e.
Just approach more girls I like, make myself 100% comfortable. Even just to say Hi and walk away.
Next, work on HOW I approach
Then work on my appearance of being attractive/sexy
Just get some information about the girl.
Do the same but next make her smile or laugh.
Next, work on attraction.
and so on...

Has anyone done this and come up with some good "steps"?
I just feel my approach to this is a little scattershot... I focus on something advanced but maybe skip past the opening 1-5 minutes and obviously have to be awesome at the more advanced parts, I've skipped them over... or vice versa.

I hope this makes a little sense. I'm thinking I'd like to just incrementally improve my approaches without focusing too much on outcome until I just start to nail it.
What do you guys think?
