Contracted Tinnutis/HPV Vaccine Effective?

A short information,

Earlier this year i contracted Tinuttis due to a club i went that spray loud music with MOTHERFUCKING BAD SPEAKERS. For guys who's regular or frequent clubs and also bogged your ears often with headphones, pls rest your ears. Put some cottonbud with slight of water and let it rest on your ears once every week.

Try not to go to clubs that,

- BAD SPEAKERS
- SPRAY TOO LOUD MUSIC WITH POINT 1.

Anyway, i found out that there's HPV vaccine, to be used. IS it effective? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HPV_vaccine

The HPV vaccine link was meant for this one guy on the forum, he contracted HPV. I hope you read this, man. It might help checking with hospitals.

He would have had to have gotten the shot before he contracted it. Unfortunately, vaccines are only good for preventing disease, not curing it.
