Criteria for following up on numbers?

This past weekend I got a solid number and felt very lost about it. I didn’t like her that much. My interest gradually died until now I completely do not want to move the set forward to a day2. At the same time there are other motives bouncing around my head, such as:
1.) wanting to build momentum from the corona shut down
2.) wanting to prove to myself I can bang her, no excuses
3.) wanting to increase lay count

I’m wondering what you guys think when you get a number. What criteria or factors do you consider when moving a set forward to a day2? Basically “is it worth it or not to follow up on this girl” Criteria. I know personal goals influence this question, but maybe we share personal goals and someone may have a different perspective on it.

Is there any chance that this is because you did not contact her earlier and now you tell to yourself that you didn't like her, it's too late or too much effort?
That happens to me a lot, there are a lot of ppl I enjoy being around with but do not end up contact because I think it's either too late or too much effort. OFC that means that you shouldn't take that into in consideration if its the case -and perhaps, you should message earlier next time-.

I know what you are talking! But for me, in this specific situation, definitely not. I texted her the next day:
Me: “did you make it home alive lol?”
Her: liked my message, then texted: “Come to X (nearby bar)”
Me: (had to think about it due to lack of interest and motivation) then texted “too busy today. Have some things I gotta do”
Her: disliked my message, then said “well you’re still hot...”

haven’t responded since lol

Now, the downsides - what demotivates me:
1.) not being able to get it up
2.) feeling disgusted with what I’ve done

I’ve had both happen to me before. these are the things I “have to lose” so to speak.

Does anyone ever worry about these things?

But really, I was too much of an egocentric brat to lower my standards. For the sake of my own progress. Oh well, hindsight is always 20/20.

She was average. But then, like 75% of the girls out were average. Fml. Oh well. I think I’ll be egocentric this time around :/
