So here is a question that has puzzled me for some time. You like a girl, the chemistry seems just right but somehow the connection didn't happen. A number of years pass and once again you cross paths. What is the protocol on starting something up?

The important thing to understand here is that chemistry is not enough to make something happen with a woman. Unfortunately, life is not like the movies and your dream girl does not just fall into your lap. YOU, as the man, must lead a woman to an emotional connection.
