hey everyone my name is Devilish. Ive been reading articles on this website for the past 2 years and wanted to finally try and get help from other people rather than just reading articles. I have a sorta introduction here.
MY GOALS
1. Go to sleep at 9pm, wake up at 6am.
2. Eat as healthy as I can & log my nutrition data every day. Aim for 3000 calories in so I can gain weight.
3. Work on skills with women every day.
4. Don't spend more than 1 hour on my computer. Don't watch TV or play video games.
5. Spend all my time outside.
6. Workout every day.
7. Write in my journal everyday to stay on track.
8. Work out a schedule that can include all these things.
Those goals are pretty nonspecific but I have more specific parts to them. This all leads to becoming the best man I can be in the shortest possible time. Hopefully this journey can finally be complete so that no more time is wasted getting started!
