Hi guys, don’t really know what to categorize this as, so I opted for socializing. Gonna make this a quick read.
Essentially, there’s this one girl(among others) that I got to know over the past couple of months, mostly saying hi in passing, nothing special. She seemed to smile and light up when she saw me, but no great time to go for any sort of ask without building rapport.
Girl is kind of my type, like a solid 7-7.5(Ik chase says not to use rating scales but just to show you guys where my heads at). Pretty cute but def not hot, stunner material.
Well, I see her at a breakfast place, sitting alone, I ask if I can sit with her, she says yes and we get to talking. We have a great convo, good banter, a little bit of flirting and jokes, not much touch due to us being on opposite sides. This wasn’t anything planned, and she said she had to get going to class. No worries, maybe I’ll talk to her more next time I see her.
A week later, she seems colder and distant, not really acknowledging me unless she’s right next to me.
Is there any possible reason for this? I didn’t make a move to plan anything else, so maybe that could be it, her feeling a bit hurt.
For anyone who says “why didn’t you go for the lay” this was a random encounter at noon 30 minutes from our apartment, right before class. Kept it light, as to not build too much tension. Might have done that anyways.
