FR Direct Waitress.

Was at a chain restaurant with parents when I noticed our waitress was kind of cute. A little bit older, like 5 years older than me?

Hispanic woman, nice body, nice smile, clearly had braces before, pretty white teeth.

I looked horrible, didn’t shave in a few days and was wearing sloppy clothes, it was like a near midnight meal.

I wanted to make a move on her but wasnt sure how. I decided to just go direct.

I complimented her saying “this is really random but” then called her cute and asked her if she would like to grab coffee sometime.

She reflexively said no.

When we finished eating and paid our bill and were leaving the entrance to the restaurant the waitress caught up to us right when the door closed behind us, she opened it, walked up to me and handed me her number written down along with her name.

My theory is she told the other waitresses about my attempt at getting her on a date and she had decided no, but the other waitresses saw me and said I was attractive and preselection is what got her to change her mind. This is a completely unfounded theory, just what I think happened. She was talking to her coworker waitresses outside of my hearing range.

Thanks dude, it was unexpected. I’ve only had this happen like less than 10 times in my life where after a rejection the girl changes her mind and goes out of her way to reach me.
