Hi Guys,

Here's what i learn. Mainstream media are just like "assholes" whom when you first are a beginner. So the idea in today's society is that how do you mix the idea of being an "asshole" with getting what you want. Getting the principles and your work to come together.

Given an example,
I seem to see recruitment agencies and human resource doing time wasting and worse, repetitive mistake of calling people for interviews and making potential employees waste their time. To make this even worse, it worsens the main employer's relationship with the agency. Nobody benefits shit. Employees job hop because they found things undesirable as well. Chase noted this as well recently with employees and it is quite profound to me how most people never see this things.

The other idea is niches. Mcdonalds and Self help industry as examples. The whole idea is "people want it easy". So yea, this industry give it to the people, Abit oversay because i do not research on this part, but it make sense, for now.

Regarding employment, I'd like to propose a reframe. I think that a person should look at their employer as their client. Everyone is an entrepreneur running a company selling their own professional services to the best potential employer's opportunity. When you look at it this way, it's your responsibility to do a good job if you want to keep this client or to move on when your business has better options. You're "boss" is just your client whose responsibility it is to be a good, respectful client. You and they chose to work together. You're both adults.

This is similar to getting good with girls where you're framing them as constantly chasing you, keeping the respect/investment levels up on their end, and taking responsibility for keeping yourself to be a professionally attractive person to work with.

Regarding niches, some roles give you more respect opportunity than others. Be picky where you invest your time

Yea, but when your client is wasting your time by asking you to come down and blabber stuff, give you mutual benefits and then blame you and try to hide behind papers, that's pretty much how reality is. I experience such nonsense.

Yea, Be picky but it seems almost everyone is not just doing their job at an average level. The idea is that when you too eager, you an idiot. Investment and understanding the environment is key.

Perhaps yea, you right. I be more quiet. Afterall, it's more to value, at the end of the day doesn't it? Talking and "getting into discussion" doesn't do much. :) because it also implies that things are not going well.

Look at it this way, If you treat your employer or employee as a professional peer, you'll be able to breakdown BS posturing or condescension. At the end of the day you're responsible to moving your career forward and hopefully in a way that helps those around you. People should feel lucky to work with you and you should be proud of the value you bring to the business. I'm a bit more optimistic in this area but it's helped me as an employee, a manager, and a business owner
