Hello,

IF you happen to catch on Chase's article "Why Dating Without Sex doesn't work", I actually commented to Chase that religion today is lead by fear. It's is misinterpreted, misconcepted. He too agreed with me. I noted that even religion emphasize moving fast, by getting married as soon as possible. Well, that's for the religion way.

Anyway, i observe this entitlement mentality and victim mentality that is going on around the world. People who worship the two biggest religions, Christianity and Islam, have this tendency to view the world as if only their God exist, and everyone else is an "infidels". I have studied religion and yes, this things do exist, but they only exist within the church, the mosque. IT is supposed to create a stronger bond, an "us against the world" mentality. Kind of like how "bad boys" make girls so easy to connect to them. The problem is that most religious people misconcept and misintepret the original leaders. They did not operate from violence, nor fear. They lead by empowerment, and while stating other people as "infidels" do exist, it's a statement, nothing more. The original leaders went to other places and spread food first, they show love. Today's preachers including their downlines criticizes and find pride for being "right". Putting youtube videos and pictures saying "Atheist is ignorant", "Jesus is not God", "Muhammad is a pedophile". Quarrelling with other religious leaders, having what i see as pointless debates to tell the world, "I am right" and "you are wrong", when the original leaders does not and even stated themselves in their religious books. They only noted that they draw a line between people who are not like them and themselves, and only resort to violence if there's a life threatening situation.

I have the opportunity to meet true religious people sometimes, those who follow religion and practice religion, and trust me, this few people who lived by example don't disrespect and gives you such nonsense like the majority. They are fucking humble, much like what the original leaders preach and encourage their followers.

I find that this is misconcepted.

Next, on victim mentality.

I see there's a paranoia going on between the Middle East and the Western world. I don't really blame the US and all the white guys in the world that they have a dislike, or try to distance themselves from Middle East lookalike and people who advocates and live Middle East lifestyle. All religions have their own "end of the world" prophecies but there's this tendency in the Middle East and the Western world is affected too by Middle East paranoia that everyone else is an enemy when there's no threat existent. The thing about today's world, everyone's going to work, everyone have their lifes going for themselves. I have christian friends, I have jews as friends, I have islam friends, i have a whole sorts of friends. and nobody is attacking anybody.

The thing is why? Victim mentality is over aggressively expecting a threat that isn't there, when you prepare a sufficient defence already. There are bad people and you have to need self defense, but most people have things to do, and killing people is only a selected few in the countries and cultures where they don't feel safe. They do it because they don't feel safe themselves.

But whether a threat is there or not, the feeling that makes people feels unsafe, Those "rightheous people" have to really get their head out of their asses. Everyone is going to die regardless. Understand that paranoia and have a reasonable distance and defence.

Entitlement and Victim mentality needs to be addressed. Humans will live better, and the next generation will feel more love. :)

Religion is mainly used as a political motive to attack other groups. Apart from extremist groups in the USA, India and Saudi Arabia, religion doesn't play a very big part in most people's lives. People who obsess over religion (particularly atheists), usually have some sort superiority-complex or are, as you say, suffering from victim mentality.

Most Iranians have no problem with Jews (there are Jews in their parliament). Christians and Muslims have co-existed peacefully in Syria for thousands of years. But religion is the major tool of politicians to destabilise such regions in a 'divide-and-conquer' scenario.

Exactly.

Atheist are obsess with them as much as righteous people are obsess with atheist people and people in general. It's something that doesn't move well together.

I didn't know about Jews in their parliament. I know USA is quite open, Even muslims are in their military, as officers (female two star general). However, my message i want to spread across is that people in the two particular religions project vibes and cursing other people, entitle to believe that their God only exist, and that most people relatively, and unfortunately put the label of "end of the world" when they see things they do not like. They are actually lazy to understand that the world is not "black and white".
