Ok, I am reading all the stuff about missing Escalation Window. My personal believe is, if she is really into you she will give you more chances. She'll wait, and she'll make it easy for you.
But either way, there must be a way to create in her Escalation Window. I mean, several times I didn't even want to do it, just layed back and wanted to sleep as I was tired, and she dragged me in the bed, and literally made me do it. I don't know what I did exactly, maybe it was that low energy/low desire for sex "state", but there must be a systematic approch to this. Imagine, hottest girl dragging you in the bed, and you don't even care...
