Faulty Charisma C.: Help please!

Hello!

On 3 April I bought the Charisma Course. I payed using PayPal (and my bank account was charged) but at no point I got any confirmation of purchase or a password sent to my E-Mail account. I tried twice (or more times) to have my password reset, but of no avail. I contacted your customer service but never got a response.

Invoice number: N3MS5/1 – April 3 2022

Forgive me that I must spam the Boards for this, but I still have no access to the course and I am €280 down. I will bump this thread until I get attention. I thank you for your understanding!

Looks like maybe our emails aren't getting through?

You should've received a registration email and a receipt email. Rea also replied to your support ticket, opened with the same email address, on the 4th:

We've had problems from time to time with some .de email addresses (as yours is).

I'll ask Rea to try messaging you at the address you're using for your forum account here. Let's see if that one gets through.

Much obliged, Chase!

I reckon we'll run into identical problems with my forum account address, as I'm using the same address in both cases. I'll send Rea another of my E-Mail addresses and hope for the best.

edit: Pardon me, I just realized I do indeed use another address for my forum account. I will correct that and send Rea another E-Mail. The SS boards "watched thread" E-Mail came through.
