I found out about the game like 3 years ago, it was a book called "how to be a 3% man" at the time I WAS SUPER anti social, didn't talk to ANYONE, bur after finding g out about it I started talking to some dudes and later on girls as well but never went anywhere sexual. Later on my approach anxiety was so big that instad of approaching I gave up on pickup completely and went back to my old days. Recently I came back to the game and been social and chatting up some college girls, but still can't get over the approach anxiety. So I've decided that I'm going to completely give it my all and start approaching and get desensitize to approaching.
