I am working on Indian equivalent of wall street, so my hours are not 9 to 5 and best time to practice pick up is sucked up by office and after coming to office i end up being drained mostly. Is there any PUA here who is working on Wall Street while have managed to learn game at decent level as well? Best time in my city is I guess around 5-9, people don't go to bar/clubs on weekdays here and for weekend they go out in groups rarely u will see lone wolf in bars and clubs here mostly they are closed off mixed groups and travel eats around 2 hours of day mostly i think I need to pick up on my way to and from office only.

Also, what style will be best to start with? Shortest learning curve and fastest result for now I am not concerned with the quality of girls I want to rake up my notches

Honestly, I would quit that job. I know it sounds drastic, but that's what I did personally.

I used to work in M&A (mergers and acquisitions) and I thought it was draining as shit, no fun at all. I was trading too much life quality and time for money.

I also in retrospect really question the ethics of that entire industry. Would it be considered "right livelihood" in ancient Indian philosophy? I have my doubts.

Better have a bit less money and a higher overall quality of life experience. Even better, start your own business. :) That's what I did after I quit the M&A gig.

If you don't want to quit your job (90% chance you don't, I just thought I'd tell you what I would do and what I did)...

...then you have the option to learn "group theory".

Meaning learn how to approach entire groups of people. When the group likes you, you can then talk to the girl you like.

Probably depends a bit on your city... whatever venue has the most women in your city?

Why don't you try daygame in the weekends? Malls, bookstores will have lone wolves looking for stuff to buy. And if you're in Mumbai, you have some beaches too

I was stock broker usually 10 hour days... Weekends is the answer... Club game, a lot of guys here work full time or work and go to school. You are not different from the majority on the forum..

Ha! What a coincidence!

Dunno man  just grind HARD and try to save up a cushion as quickly as you can, so that you can get out... that would be my only advice.

That's how I dealt with that whole world...

Debt? That sucks. Fortunately I managed to stay out of debt all my life, other than a few k borrowed from family once.

My weakest point is groups but now I am thinking of practicing socializing in large groups at work and everywhere I get a chance and try to give value and energy to the group... Any structured resource you are aware to improve skills in groups/Group theory

Also, did you learnt pick up before joining M&A or after it?

For business I don't have capital to start one nor I have confidence on my discipline and ability to execute stuff required to be done, so I guess I am stuck here other fields are crappy ... This is the best field for an accounting/finance degree maybe after a year I will quit but then I am getting old for pick up as well ... Like i am 25 now
