Finishing way too fast

Okay see me and my girlfriend are a very sexual couple. We are always playing with each other given the moment.

Like we are both open to trying anything and everything. We consistently pleasure each other orally and hands. But when if comes to actual sex we have a problem. Or more I have a problem.

See no matter what I do, about 1-2 minutes after we actually start fucking, I cum. I can't stand it. I'm not sure about her as right after that I finger her till she cums a few times and she'll usually give me head while I do that.

But I wanna be able to make her cum while actually having sex. A few times I've lasted a while and made her cum a lot but nowadays I can't seem to hold it in no matter I try. Even when I go in a second time I com within the 3 minute area. It's so frustrating.

I'm nervous about having sex because I know I'll finish right off the bat.

How has anyone actually over comed this?? I've researched a lot but nothing seems to work.
