Forearm touch ?

It happened to me twice so far. I cold approach a girl/woman and within five sec of conversation they touch my forearm.

Is this friendly touch or flirting ?

Probably flirting.

However, there will be situations where flirting doesn’t mean she’s actually interested per se. Usually you’ll be able to figure it out. Don’t worry about women leading you on yet.
