Don't hide things if the friend you valued, ask.
PROACTIVEREAL: IT means do observe your friends life. "Involve" means observing them from far, give passing quality information as a passing remark and then get back to normal life. I realize that we do take our friends for granted, really. We only observe through our own lenses. Sometimes, your friends are stuck, and feeling stuck is a one way tunnel of perceiving. Society tend to just give their perception but they don't realize that he is viewing it from a one way tunnel.
Another one. 'Once you married, you talk to your wife as if they are not human.' Sometimes i feel awkward talking blatantly to high value people but i realize it is better. Why? Because other people are bullshitting them or polishing their balls. Do be blatant and tell them why. Then you RUN! :X
