Hey guys,

Hope you're doing well.

I've been in the field for 3 years now and I've gotten laid a bunch here and there. While there's a lot to work on, my biggest issue is performing well in the bedroom.

Out of all the lays I've had I think I've only made one girl cum from penetration (many of the others using my mouth or fingers or both).

Now, I realize that there's nothing quite like making a girl cum with your dick.

I'm also not one of those guys who doesn't care about the girl. I want to be an excellent lover.

But, I'm starting from a difficult place. Here's some context -

1. My T-Levels have been low for a long time and I had ED for about 2 years. 2020 - 2021 or 2022. In 2020, it was at 400. After a few months, it went up to 535. Recently, it has come down to 350 although I've increased my protein and fat intake, been hitting the gym (albeit recently), and have more libido overall. I've been taking Shilajit. It helps.

I don't know how my libido has gone up from before but my T-Levels have reduced.

2. I used to watch porn until 2021, I haven't jerked off to porn since July 2021. But, I still end up jerking off a few times a week.

3. I would rather go out and pick up chicks, except I've been hitting the field and I'm stuck on the dreaded Playboy Plateau intermediates inevitably find themselves on.

4. Now, I took a look at the Low Testosterone, No girls funk article where @Chase says you should take a break for 30-45 days if your results have fallen off a cliff. So, I decided to take a break and hit the gym and focus on other stuff. But because I have a dry streak going on, I end up jerking off.

It's difficult to go through a dry streak AND not jerk off.

5. Last night, I ended up getting laid from day game after a dry streak of 40-45 days. I was a lot harder and hornier than I'd usually be. However, I felt this way in the beginning and gradually began to lose it towards the end.

6. When I bring it back up and penetrate the girl, I tend to lose sensation especially while doing her from behind, or if she's riding me. Missionary seems to work the best for my sensitivity.

Even then, if I find myself losing sensation, I end up thrusting harder to maintain my hard-on and end up cumming quickly as a result.

In a nutshell, I'm stuck between losing my erection and cumming too quickly. A rock and a HARD place if you will (pun intended).

7. Because of my dry-streak, I end up getting girls only once in a while and I probably won't hear from them because the sex was bad. So it becomes very difficult to practice as well.

So, how would you go about becoming an amazing lover from the ground up?

If you've gone through this yourself, is there a plan you recommend I follow?

I don't have an answer but can relate to a lot of your points:

Low T - i had only checked it once maybe 7 yrs ago and it was around 350. Doc said thats normal and i left it at that.

-Low sensations. Most of the time, sensation down there is really low. At times it does get better, especially during start of sex but can quickly dissapear without much reason

- if arousal is high enough, even with low sensations, I can usually at least keep a hard erection. Cant really figure out exact ways to do this consistently though

-certain positions dont do it for me. Her riding me is one of them. However, if I pull her body towards me and start pumping myself, cN be really good.

- blowjobs sometimes really turn me on, other times they get me hard but dont feel that nice. Usually cant cum from bjs unless I was already really close or she does for a long while

-doggy style usually really increases my arousal (slapping/playing with girl's really turns me on) but not necessarily sensations. Usually is my fav position to get girls to finish as the arousal keeps me hard even if sensations arent that strong

-missionary does give me some of best sensations, especially if I lift her legs to my shoulders, but mainly if I go slow. Go too fast and I start losing sensation

-porn and masturbating def dont help. I also struggle to stop masturbating. I can stop porn but just replace it with imagining past encounters.


-I can sometimes maintain erection during sex by imagining kinks but this really takes away from the experience and I dont like doing it.

-good long term relationships really make it easier but only if on good terms

There are two things that improve my bedroom skills most.

Reading a few erotic novels.
And learning about the ancient sexual practices like tantra and sexual kung fu (taoist art).

The erotic novels gave me the female’s perspective on sexuality and what specifically turns them on. To sum it up, it’s the whole experience, foreplay starts the moment you meet.

More relevant to your situation is the ancient arts. Especially sexual kung fu, teaches a man how to have a healthy sexual system. How to maintain erections and deal with premature ejaculation. But the teachings go way beyond that, towards sexual mastery and energy transmutation. It’s awesome stuff.

There's a bunch of ways to improve your skills in bed, but regarding being stuck between the rock and the hard place .. I've found this to be almost entirely a psychological thing. What works every time for me, as simple as it sounds, is to focus on doing what I want with her, whatever comes to mind, grabbing this, pulling that, squeezing, smacking, caressing, whatever, and not thinking at all about whether it's the right thing to do or not. I think a lot of the time we subconsciously worry about performance and whatnot and end up doing things as if we are trying to pass an exam.

You know when a woman is really into it and she keeps repeating 'do whatever you want with me!' and you're thinking 'wait, aren't I?' She wants to feel that selfish, instinctive beast take you over, the one that ploughs in and satisfies itself without concerning itself with anything else. You don't want to find it inaccessible when she's lying there in your bed.

That's the T-level of a 70 year old.

If you are not feeling horny and hard every day, it's time to start some kind of T-therapy (natural or exogenous).
Your T-levels should be above 600 (minimum) up to 900/1000 (best range).

To be fair, I'm extremely horny every day hence why it's so hard to stop masturbating. I do think the working on laptop lifestyle and years of issues that stop me from doing enough sport have had more of an effect on this. Unfortunately, no matter how much I focus on my health, it's getting worse rather than better.

I would rather doctors helped me figure my health issues first as they are impacting more than my sex life but the fact is 95% of doctors are just DocWiki readers with no critical thinking/empathy. I'm not giving up though and now travelling abroad every few months looking for answers
