well i'm quite new to socalizing with the other gender, i was thinking she keeps me a round as a friend or validator since she posts about him being his boyfriend on social media, but each time she talks to me like hes just a friend

Makes no sense to talk about other guys when you are trying to seduce a girl , as why you should care if there are other guys trying to do the same , since you are the best guy for there ? if she just wants to talk to you as a "friend" then you've been friend zoned

Try and ignore when she talks about him, move the conversation on to other topics she will be emotional about, keep her focus on you and her together and move forward and escalate. If she rejects she's friend zoned you so move on.

You may need to reduce contact with her to make her miss you which also gives you a higher value
