Hey man, actually I like this idea. I usually tend to copy paste phrases on the chat to discuss with you guys, I think I did about this as well. It is funny how sometimes you take something entirely different away from an article. When Chase wrote about the different kinds of motivation of a girl to keep replying to you despite not putting out it made me think about some girls who are adamant about engaging you despite not putting out in social circle as well. His categories are also useable there to see what the girl wants.. usually I tend to have good intuition about this. Still when it is written out eloquently it is well appreciated. I like clarity and nuance gives me more decision power in the moment about which way to go.

Disclaimer: Yes, we all had sex with girls we met within hours, and there is no point in someone jumping into the thread saying "Oh if she really likes she will meet instantly".

@DarkKnight: I agree.Especially for social circle girls who you meet them regularly anyway. Yes, intuition is great now also you have a documented opinion from the authority about girls' intentions to confirm your point of view.

Comments:

1- While Chase listed only 4-5 types of girls, I think you can have multiple mixes and matches. Like a girl who is unsure about you and she is disorganized too. You know nothing is black and white. Everything is a spectrum.

2- Since the evolution of the game and the game hit Reddit, there has been liberal use of the term attantion-whore. I think ppl on the internet overuse it. @Chase , would you care to elaborate on why you did not list attention whore as one of the reasons that girls would not set up a date? Actually, I like it.

3- For ethnic minorities guys, you will get a lot of unsure girls. I get this a lot because the stereotype for my race is they play around and sometimes they marry only to get the residency.

4- Also, under the unsure girls we can list girls who are more on the romantic side and she senses you are not a romantic guy, vice and verse.

5-If I can not tell the type of the girl, I usually show a 60%-lover vibe and 40% romantic vibe. You can calibrate as you go.


I tend for this to be an open discussion about the article itself. So please share your insights

This is actually a very good question I would like to hear it as well

Perhaps because in this case the girl is not prompting but reacting and thus not actively trying to get attention?

I feel attention-whoreing you only matters as long as you are in front of her. Once you are not physically there, you are nothing.So, she would ignore your text or reply late. This is just speculation

When I think of the term 'attention whore', I think of a girl who's engaged in one-to-many attention displays.

e.g., she bounces around a nightclub, flirting with various men, all in eye shot of each other, getting them jealous, getting them to chase and compete for her. Or she posts her sexy pictures on Instagram, getting a deluge of thirsty men to try to out-like and out-comment each other to win her favor. I do not think of a woman messaging men individually, nor having meaningful conversations one-on-one with men in-person, etc.

You can still have girls seeking validation from you one-on-one. An easy example is a girl you're with or a girlfriend fishing for compliments. That's validation-seeking, but not outright attention whoring. If she started shaking her butt around and then after you didn't give her the compliment she wanted she bounced over to your friend Jake and said, "Jake thinks my butt is cute! Right Jake?" that would be attention whoring.

At least that's how I think of the term. That's my feel in general for how most people use it.

Your point on girls being able to have more than one of those reasons I listed is good, yeah. Things in the real world (outside of arbitrary Internet article categorizations!) tend to be in shades of gray.

@Chase Thanks Chase a lot. I used the wrong terminology then.

In other words, if she texts or talks to you in person and has some kind of meaningful conversation- but she would not go out with you, this rules the validation-seeking behavior out, is this correct? Most probably, she does not go out because of the reasons you mentioned in the articles, is this correct too?
