Then offer.
- tangible offer
- intangible offer (Copywriting bullshit)

Then run ads. Make sure all those ads convey that niche-ing, properly.

Then have systems and processes so that your brain don't die. Lolx. Your brain will need to go back and analysis over and over again if it doesn't have systems and processes.

9am here so this is stream of consciousness writing:

u must be in maintenance and have achieved stability. then u got to do temporary small scale controlled changes on sections of the biz. these small controlled changes will give u insight into how the biz section will react if the change were applied at a larger scale.

once you have done enough small scale controlled changes, and are certain the biz will react positively to larger changes, then you do medium scale controlled changes, and see how it reaccts...blabla, the cycle continues

if everything is good and u are confident, then apply the positive changes at large scale

congrats u have just grown a business very fast and sustainably
