Ok, she is my co-worker, hot, pleasant and so on. I think she is rather shy and conservative, but on the other hand, she can get quite dominant as well, at least as far as work environment requires. At first I didn't care much as I thought she is out of my league, but now I just want her. This goes back several months ago when we started to work together. At first she was very interested, from very first day we met. I mean, she was all over me. I was just being laid back, being rather passive, just being a casual work-friend, let her do all the talking and so on. I was only enjoying her attraction to me, not because I am too selfish but rather I was excited that the PUA material really works even on such hot females. Anytime I saw her for the first several weeks, she was quite attracted, at least it appears it that way to me, but she was in total denial of having sex with me. She even told me that she is not going to do it, she was clear about it.
She then appeared to start loosing the interest (duh, there was no escallation, no pushing for closure from my side at all, so it was no surprice). At that time I started to really like her, so in stead of letting her go I've decided to change my layed back style. I started pushing and pulling. I started to hit on her, first lightly and slowly, but then with increasing intensity. I think it was and still working fine, at least her attraction appeared to rise quite high again.
The problem then became another co-worker, she started to hang around him non-stop. But I am 99% sure that he is the classical "Nice Guy", doing all the stuff for her including her work. The job usually requires that they spent most of the day together, whereas I get to see her only some 5-30 minuts per day, and sometimes I don't see her for several days. She lets him kiss her here and there, but that is as far as it goes, he is not getting any. He is in seventh heaven, the poor guy just doesn't have a clue. This is not only my impression, several other coworkers noticed as well. I can't even say that she is using him, he simply offers to do most of the work for her, and she allows him to do it - in exchange for some smiles and kisses. I mean, it is so ridiculous, like a bad movie from 1980's.
So anyway, my impression is that she is using him as a shield only, while he is a good friend to her. I don't think she is really attracted to him, he is in friend zone, these guys are boring after a while. But I have a feeling that she is still quite attracted to me. She gets very nervous at times around me, and she started to avoid me, changing shifts with other people when I was suppossed to be working with her, just so she doesn't have to work with me. Well, so I thought it is over several times, that she is forever gone and I should just forget about her, but whenever I started ignoring her and stoped hitting on her, she always came back and started to flirt again. I just can't resist and I always hit back on her again, each time with higher and higher intensity. It appears to be a cycle: I always hit harder and harder on her --> she disappears --> but then she comes closer and closer --> and I hit again.
For example, at first I didn't talk about sex at all, I was waiting till she starts. She started, so I took her words and advanced it, pushed little bit further. She ran away, haven't seen her for days, but then she came back, talked more about it. So I took it again, and pushed further, and the whole cycle just kept repeating. Some six weeks ago I thought she was giving me signs that she wants to do it (e.g. asking details about my appartment, buying me soda, hanging around me for longer than usually, making fun of Nice Guy), so I hit on her nicely and gently, suggesting sex. Well, I thought she dropped me totally, she ran away, I haven't seen her the whole month. She then just walked around me, not even looked at me. So I forgot her. But she came back again, and this time she totally started to ignore the "Nice Guy" around me, which this never happen before. So I hit on her again, and I let her know that I want to do it with her in my place. I was pretty specific, this time it was pretty bold. She "had to go" but she didn't run away this time, came back. So I hit even harder on her, leading towards closure. But now she wrapped up herself around the "Nice Guy" again, so I am just disappointed. I was finally so close to the closure...
Another time, she was really humble, down to earth. So I was relaxed, taking it easy, having my guards down... but all of the sudden she become unbeliavably dominant, tried to push me around, do this and that for her, really commanding and demanding. I was just shocked by such approach, but it took me a week or two to get "above" her - start refusing her commands, not doing anything for her, not listening to her "advice" and so on. Finally she dropped the dominance, and I am pretty sure that now I am more dominant than her - but what the heck???
Anyway, I really think at this point of time she is finally open to have sex with me, which at first 2-3 months it was definitelly big NO. It is unbeliavably difficult and exhausting, but she is there, I think she really wants it, and she is open to it, but she is just so nervous. No matter what I try - being passive, cool, not interested, being bold, hitting hard, not hitting at all.... I hit indirectly, I hit boldly and straighforward.... Always same result. I asked for compliance several times, but when I did she always denied. She knows what being compliant to man means. So I totally stopped asking for complience - and she started to share, get me a sodas, taking me to lunch, offering help... When I was going to see her at the job, she just became distant, ran away... So I stopped going to see her - and she comes to see me... I wanted to be "just friends", and she started to hit on me. So I hit back so I can be her love - and she runs away... As far as sex, she starts talking about it, but I know I have to lead because she just won't or simply can't... but when I start to lead she runs...
I mean, I am totally confused, what the heck? She is really hot, she must have lots of experience of guys hitting on her... Either way, it's been a great learning experience for me, but I just don't know what is going on, need some help, need insight...
