Hey Chase how do I get a job?

Hey. This message is exclusively for Franco and or Chase but, if not then I'd still like to everyone else's input. So I just got out of highschool and I am deciding to apply for college next year since I never applied. But Im been trying to get a job for the longest time and I cant one. You know I try to stay persistent and follow up on applications and openly ask jobs are they hiring but I never even appear on their radar as job candidates.

I have no car right now or liscence right now( I know I'm lazy....Im trying to change that now). So I absolutely hate talking blank trips walking three miles everyday to nearby stores and places looking like a complete idiot trying to force conversations with employees or asking for jobs. I entirely hate it. I wanna do more....I try conversing with people like in the jobs to get to know me...I even tried deep diving but they always feel weird answering personal questions or really busy at works.

Ive searched for tips online. But it seems to apply for people who had a job before because I never had one. The places that seemed like its a guranteed job never hire either. I think I applied at publix like 30 times or applied at my nearby mikey ds like 20 times and never recieve a call.

Its hard already enough approaching women. Approaching girls nowadays its kinda like drinking decaf coffee( I mean...whats the point?). But now I see how hard it is to get a job even though I live not to far away from a marketplace.

Hey Chase I don't know if you were really serious or just promoting but I read an article on you getting first impressions are big enough to get a job. I want that.

I mean you ever been stuck in a plateu so long that you know you could give up. So when you finally do give up...another situation arises.

Friend: "Hey James you know you could get a job at powerhouse gym...they just hired me and I all did was apply"

Me: Ok cool, ill apply to tommorrow.

Nothing happens

Friend/Brother: Hey James come ride with me real quick

Me: Okay

Bring me to an environment surrounded by friends or a lot of girls

Me: Okay maybe Ill just talk and see if they're cool

I try to connect or conversate but end up getting them to turn their attention somewhere else.

Me: I knew I shouldn't have opened my mouth.

And its not like they just arent nice people. They just lose interest. I tried deep diving and not talking about myself. I tried saying everything with an aloof face....Which kind of gave them a cold reaction...even when they were cold themselves

I dont even fall for the traps anymore
Friend: Ride?
Me: Nope staying home today

New job openly....

Not to bring you down or anything. I just wanna job. Fuck girls. Im just broke

Hey dude well firstly I don't think you can just address a message to the forum moderators, they are pretty selective in what they reply to (in my observation) and it would have to be quite an interesting or thought provoking topic where they can really meaningfully contribute from their depth of experience. Something like "Passive revenue streams: I tried XXX and the customers wanted YYY. So I then implemented YYY and it seems like now they want ZZZ. How can I research my client base better?" ... and that shows you're really determined and have the obvious bases covered. Furthermore if you read the stickied post "Private messaging moderators" you can see that the mods are trying to create a system where dudes help each other, not a system that creates a whole lot of work for them to keep it going. I can't say definitely, but I suspect as high value guys the mods would take the view that replying to these kinds of posts = attention and encouragement, whereas if you read GC material you'd know that ignoring unwanted behaviour discourages it. Just something to think about, I believe Chase and Franco would be applying seduction principles in every area of their lives, something I find hard to do (especially on these forums -> Altair etc), but a worthwhile goal nonetheless.

As to your question, well it sounds pretty whiney, what value are you bringing to the table that would make these employers want to hire you? Are you friendly, efficient, competent? Why have you chosen these particular jobs to apply for? What experience do you have? You said you haven't worked before, why not? Just finished high school? Or is it a part time job you're after? Are you going for unskilled jobs or jobs that you think would be easy to learn? Or, do you have skills? And, why not undertake some kind of study or training? Or what about volunteering, to get something on your resume... either for a charity or aid organization... or if it's waitering or shopkeeping work why not offer to the boss you will work for free for one month X times a week to learn the ropes and then if he/she is happy with your work he/she will either hire you or write you a reference? I dunno but I am sure you can solve this problem. Or, what about a website like uber or freelancer.com? etc...

I tried to get internships but never could. Im trying to get a job right now. Im really want to offer things to the table. But honestly I dont have one. I don't have really any strengths to back me up. Thats just the way it is. I can't beg God to make me a better person or make me a desirable person. I just have to work on it now. Getting a job is my first step...which im painfully stuck on

Well, if you are after advice it is difficult to give anything useful with no real hard information as to what you have tried or why, what you are seeking, what your plan is, etc... all I'm really getting is a pile of negativity, are you just venting or do you want to make changes?

No no no I have. It was really that I stopped and tried to analyze myself better to get a job. As far as printing the application in dressing nice I done so far. But haven't talked to manage how you mentioned...but I still will give it a shot
