hello i am 16 and currently a sophomore in High school and Today I had a question about this girls i am recently talking to. My question is i really like this girl but the problem is whenever we talk to each other it is really boring and i always have nothing to talk about.

You might be forcing conversation or trying too hard to have something to say.
Ask her about her hobbies and interests, for a start. The idea is to not just be some other dude in class, you gotta cross that boundary.
Don't be afraid to be yourself.
Getting to know her and why she prefers certain things is a great place to begin.
