Here's how I did it:
- Took nitric oxide powder daily, which is scientifically-proven to be pivotal for erections
- Completely eliminated porn consumption. Since it's like, everywhere, the trick is to make it as difficult and inconvenient as possible to access it. So basically shove all that porn into an evil safe, lock it up, and throw the key away, I did the following:
- Installed FocusMe (h/t Chase). This is software which blocks keywords and websites from your device for certain amounts of time. I set a 24/7 keyword block on porn-related terms, while also whitelisting seduction websites
- Permanently locked SafeSearch to prevent accessing porn-related images on Google
- Manually blocked any website that slipped through the FocusMe filters (such as after a relapse). It's interesting to note that scouring for a website or image that wasn't blocked almost became a game at times, and it was a legitimate issue. Manually blocking these websites in the terminal made it one step harder to see them again and made the web one step cleaner... although there will always be SOMETHING out there
- Also blocked Instagram, etc., that proved itself as potential masturbatory source
