Hello all,

If you had similar issues to me, we need to disassociate your erections with the thoughts of porn and your hand while replacing it with soft materials such as pussy and mouths while also making your erections easier to induce. And if your ED is more anxiety-based, the following may still help you!

Here's how I did it:
  • Took nitric oxide powder daily, which is scientifically-proven to be pivotal for erections
  • Completely eliminated porn consumption. Since it's like, everywhere, the trick is to make it as difficult and inconvenient as possible to access it. So basically shove all that porn into an evil safe, lock it up, and throw the key away, I did the following:
    • Installed FocusMe (h/t Chase). This is software which blocks keywords and websites from your device for certain amounts of time. I set a 24/7 keyword block on porn-related terms, while also whitelisting seduction websites
    • Permanently locked SafeSearch to prevent accessing porn-related images on Google
    • Manually blocked any website that slipped through the FocusMe filters (such as after a relapse). It's interesting to note that scouring for a website or image that wasn't blocked almost became a game at times, and it was a legitimate issue. Manually blocking these websites in the terminal made it one step harder to see them again and made the web one step cleaner... although there will always be SOMETHING out there
    • Also blocked Instagram, etc., that proved itself as potential masturbatory source
  • Reduced ejaculation frequency. Some masturbation isn't the worst - and it's even wonderful when done tactfully - but ejaculating may make it harder to gain and maintain a firm erection. It certainly was in my experience
  • When I did masturbate, I did so with tantra and NOT with fantasies of past girls or thoughts of porn. With preferably NO ejaculation. Yes, you can separate orgasm and ejaculation...!
  • Created a daily log of orgasm and ejaculation counts with a focus to reduce both
  • Used restorative cream to increase sensitivity/bloodflow/aesthetic

  • Daily exercise. I was already in good shape, got in better shape, and felt the positive effects in more ways than one
  • Very healthy eating including lots of fruits and nuts

How did you find the taste of the maca power? I find it awful, so I generally mix it in with my flavoured protein shake or fruit juice - curious to hear if anyone else has any other ways of consuming it to make it more bearable.

I'm getting it in pill form to try out to see if that helps (same with the nitric oxide booster though I've never had that before). Will report back on the results of this.

I agree that the taste of maca is not pleasant and also mix it with protein powder. I've been using the SunWarrior chocolate flavor and feel like it masks it okay, but I also have pretty rather tolerant taste buds...

To build out your great outline here, which i find one of the better ones in the pu forums, here are just a few add-ons that i found were quite important to help on top of the suggestions youre describing. Some of them supports the aims you outline which were key to my experience many years go too. Especially the re-sensivitation of the cock need and getting stiff around a woman.

Got it. I usually take it in the afternoon-was more curious whether I shouldn’t. I’ll field test between taking it in the afternoon, and taking it before I sleep to see if there’s a difference.

I take it before going to gym (4-5x a week). They say it's better to take it at night, but I see no difference really.

I only took ginseng together with guarana drinks (they often mix them up here in Brazil).
But the dosage might be too low to see any real benefits.

About Theanin, I do have concentrated green tea extract at home, although I just can't get past that awful taste! I tried to mix it up even with honey but it just leaves a shitty taste in my mouth that never goes away! So I rather take regular green tea 3-4x week, just being careful with the caffeine dosage.

I take Ginseng capsules which probably have more potensy. Mind you I take Red/Korean Ginseng (panax) not the russian or american ginseng which is every different.

So I rather take regular green tea 3-4x week, just being careful with the caffeine dosage.

I'll tell you a little secret....Catuaba, Açaí and all those "exotic" fruits/plants that come from Brazil are heavily adulterated before coming to our homes.

Açaí, for example, is not sweet at all! They do that because they mix it up with guarana extract and sugar/sweeteners. When it's pure, it tastes like raw earth (not kidding) and is better used in dishes that use fish or meat.

Kegel exercises.

About 15 months ago I was shit scared because I couldn't get it up at all. A lot of it was due to stress (terrible relationship stuff, covid worries, and bad mental health) but even on my own in the bathroom trying to bang away at Little Andrew with some visual stimulation it would only get semi-hard at best after a lot of effort.
