How many approaches before you felt that you started to get noticeably better?

I’ve experienced two noticeable jumps in skill so far:

Jump 1: at 1.25 years in the game, with 450 approaches in that time period, I finally got my first cold approach lay; from here I was experiencing more and more action (number closes, makeouts and dates) with a very occasional lay

Jump 2: 2.5 years in the game, now with 1000 approaches, I started getting a lay or a near lay (bj) at least twice a month. Very clear gains in results. Kept this up till last December where results started to slip, which freaked me out, causing me to do some self analysis and to join this forum. I got addicted to the clear gains I think and started losing momentum. Due to this forum, I started gaining momentum in February, then Corona hit, now here we are lmao

This is all night game. I quickly ended up in several relationships which caused stagnation. Then again, a lot of stuff i was doing was causing stagnation. My first lay was texhnically after 30 approaches but it was online so doesn’t really count. It had to be done to lose my virginity

I guess as fast as you can muster.

I never really measured my progress in number of approaches really but more so length of time.

Going out a consistent 2-3 times a week averaging 5 approaches per outing doing day game as a complete beginner too me about 12 months to get a lay off cold approach.

I would've done more faster but in a tiny City of 80K ppl that was about the most I could muster activity wise until I was old enough for night game (where it's easier to approach more girls).

Then my results improved again when I moved to a bigger City and really put my all into it.

@hater58 you have to suck it up amigo for a period of time . When you will start feeling worthless , and very critical with the mistakes that you make , that will be the first noticeable progress you will make .

from there on , you just have to keep going and the light will start shinning little by little

Is there any value in tracking a number of approaches?

Yeah it can be if you track it like a sales funnel.

Track your approaches, phone numbers, how many of those numbers you convert into dates, how many days convert into lays, etc
