How to avoid ejecting too soon from sets that hook?

I'm getting a lot better approaching girls, but when I find girls that actually seem interested and start asking me questions back, I sometimes find reasons to eject too soon.

A recent example:

Yesterday I approached a girl sitting on the beach. I'm not quite sure how hot she was, it was a bit cold and she was fully dressed. But she did have a cute face, and nice eyes. I don't remember her body much, but she definitely wasn't fat.

I opened her talking about what she was doing, then we vibed on the beautiful scenery at sunset. I found out where she's from, how long she's been here and she told me she comes to the beach often and has seen me here before. I'd seen her before a few days ago too, but didn't open that day.

Sitting down next to her, I introduced myself, got her name, shook hands. So far so good, she was smiling and seemed very receptive and excited to talk to me. It almost seemed too easy, to be honest. (Why do we always want the ones who seem too hard to get?)

I then tried to remember some pickup tech, which I always find challenging while in set. I did remember to try and get some compliance though.

I saw she brought a certain type of tea, so I asked her about that. Then I told her she should invite me to a cup of this tea, and she said yes one day I'll invite you. So that was a good sign.

Then for a reason that I myself don't fully understand, I decided that it was time to leave. My reasoning was that she comes to this place often, so I would surely see her again. Also I wasn't quite sure how attracted I was to her. So I told her "Well I'll be seeing you again another day", shook her hand and left saying something like "Bye darling" roughly translated.

In hindsight of course I should have gone all the way, or at least have stayed way longer than I did and grabbed her number. The way I did it, I punished her for her compliance by leaving right after.

So, any ideas on how to avoid ejecting too soon? Is it just a matter of practice?

yes one thing you can field test when this happens, is just to move her.... Moving her, will help you relax, will make her compliant and relax as well....

the reason why when things like this happen is due to "ego".... The interaction is going good, i am getting positive reactions, let me leave in a high note, i don't want to screw this up....

Gun got troll a lot with the "make the hoe say no" but his point was to stay in set no matter what, people misunderstood the whole thing...
