How to Avoid LMR all-together on 1st Date

Hey guys,

So I've gotten pretty proficient at getting dates, being sexual and pulling back to my apartment.

But I keep getting fucked with heavy LMR.

I'm gonna learn some anti-LMR measures but my questions is how do I make sure to avoid it in the first place?

Are there things I can do or say before we get to sexual escalation that will make things go more smoothly?
