how to be bolder/more confident

i’ve got a couple of lays under my belt and i’m generally a confident guy in daygame scenarios. However, in night game, i become a bit more self conscious and tip toe around people. Even during texts, i know cognitively that flirty texts usually make girls excited and more invested (at least in my experience) but i get self conscious that my texts could get leaked and that it would be embarrassing. i’ve come a long way in terms of my confidence as i used to be a typical shy, good kid but i have this nagging remnant of my old personality that i feel is holding me back

Has anyone had any experience with this?

A coach once told me, "In your hour of need, you will not rise to the occasion. You will sink to the your level of preparation." (a saying in the US Navy)

Experience builds confidence. Scared to pull away a dancing girl? Do it. You will replace the fear with either the cold logic that it doesn't hurt or that it doesn't work.

Other than that, harness social momentum, do some push-ups to build hype, look for approach indicators to feel good about yourself, or hold the "Superhero Pose" for a while (scientifically proven).

Your concern is valid. But it is super unlikely to ever happen, so don't squander real oppurtunities because of a statistically insignificant risk. 100% safe is never worth it. Think of an army base; they don't defend against literally everything, but they don't have to. If they did, they'd never build any these days as they'd be too expensive.

If anything, she'd want to avoid them being leaked to avoid slut-shaming.
