I have problems with sexual tension when we look each other into the eyes for a few seconds without saying anything. It happened yesterday on a date. She was looking me deeply into the eyes from the beginning. I was feeling the tension and her interest. At one point I tried to hold eye contact for a few seconds and not saying anything. I felt very awkward and I think she too because of my insecurities during this moment. During this moment, I was smiling once and she too, but I felt so insecure what to do next that I start talking things out of control. From this moment, our date felt very awkward for the rest of the evening (at least for me). I was surprised that she ordered another drink and didn't left before I finished the date. I felt some relieve afterwards of not feeling awkward anymore. In the past, I also did some awkward things to break the moment of sexual tension, e..g try to kiss her out of the blue by thinking I have to do something very quickly. Creepy stuff and she felt it. Usually I never saw these girls again. I think that girl from yesterday was very disappointed afterwards judging her reply if she came home safely. She was much more emotional and playful before our date.
