How to dedicate more time to Seduction?

Before, I had this place to go to when I wanted to practice seduction: The St. George Ferry. I chose this place because it had a lot of pretty girls there, and it has a lot of cheap options for dates. It was also close to my place, so there was some logistics.

Sadly, I only had a few successes, and haven't went on any dates. So I stopped going for a few weeks. Then, I returned and did not have any of my past success. And I stopped for good after realizing that all of the girls there were still in high school, and I didn't want to get in trouble with the law by dating an underage chick. I'm 19 by the way.

I haven't found another place to do pickup in cosistently. I do it at my college, but not as much as I should. Lately, I've been working on my fundamentals by lifting weights in the gym, talking more to people, working on my posture, and becoming more positive.

I want to practice seduction on a daily basis know. How do I do that?

Some of the best places to do day approaches are shopping malls, busy street, grocery stores, big box stores and so on. Since you are in college look at joining some clubs. Also sporting events will provide a place to meet girls.
