Can't seem to find articles on how to delete a post/thread, I've been told in chat to ask a mod, so wondering if its ok to post here about how to delete, edit an existing thread/post we've made?

As a mod I probably have a slightly different interface, but far as I know you can always edit your posts. To delete a thread you have to ask a mod.

Chase mentioned once that he doesn't like users deleting threads because it makes the forum look "broken".

I wanted to edit the way I asked it since it may not have been seen and drew interest

That's more so if someone wants to come in and delete their entire history on the forum, as this could break any number of threads they've participated in and mess up the flow. Individual threads are more of a case by case thing.
