Currently... Even though I have been doing good in pickup ....

But there is this issue that I have been facing is getting too analytical over stuff .

Which is making me anxious , overthink about results ...

I started my journey with outcome independence ..but now have come a bitch to my desires and outcome.

I just want to know how to tone it down .

@Spyce D,

Best way I found while learning was intermittent breaks from forums and material.

Any time I started getting overly analytical, I'd take a break from reading forums, consuming material, writing reports, or talking game, and just focus on just doing it without taking in any new perspectives.

After 4-6 weeks you're basically back to being mostly just in-the-moment. Then the stuff you were studying before starts to consolidate with what you know how to do and you start putting it semi-consciously into action.

Ultimately you will probably see some leaps and bounds during this period, and push to a new level. You'll have breakthroughs, make discoveries, then start to want to share some of your progress and see what other guys are doing.

At that point you can circle back to the community after 2-3 months or so, and you'll be very fresh with no more over-analytical problems and basically going off pure field experience.

You should have a good 6-9 months before you slip into the "analytical" trap again and need another break.

At least that's what always worked for me.
