How to reject girls without hurting her?

Hi folks,

How to reject girls without hurting her? How to politely declined her invitation to be a couple?

Been having some weird days. Have rejected some girls who asked me out and now they are not seeing me. Infact they have started hating me! Hope you all have gone through some of this events in your life. How does anyone tackle it?

You need to:

1) first compliment her, to let her know that she is not the problem, Let her know how great of a girl she is.

2) Tell her that the problem is you yourself, that you are too busy to do couple things together, and it wouldn't be fair on her.
Now is not the right time for you.

3) Let her know that "Maybe" someday fate will bring you two together if the right time ever comes.

I definitely second the complementing bit. I would however, be honest and straight forward with her. You aren't interested, but that doesn't mean that no one else will be. Your goal is to let her down easy, yet do it clearly enough to keep her from trying again.
