How to surround yourself with people that'll make you grow?

Sometimes you can't. I drop a lot of friends. You go out and make friends, and out of 10, maybe one or two will be quality friends. So you remember them, what they do, and just occasionally contact them. Do learn or offer some value to them about the thing they do. You have to really go out and find them.
Otherwise, like me right now, i am focus a lot on watching videos of people who are successful, reading articles and books, and here is one of course.

Yeah...I figured that the artificial ways would be my only replacement for now. And other than that, maybe going to venues where you would be likely to find people who are ambitious/improvement focused (e.g. entrepreneur clubs, etc.) and at the very least, making the best of the people you already know. (e.g. picking their brains on what they're better than you at, or where they can offer original ideas)

You will naturally attract similar people as yourself into your life, both in your positive and negative ways.
It is the natural law of how things work in life - People to help you grow by either supporting you or challenging you.
Like attract likes. If you want to attract quality people into your life, you must become one yourself.
Have you ever noticed how most of your friends around have similar interest or topics to talk about...? and its usually what is highest in your interest and priority. Once you change that, and change yourself, other people will naturally come into your life.

I got myself sorounded by successful people by mere luck , I decided that I wanted to train in the best academy there is in my country which happens to be on a high status neighborhood and although the fee is twice that of other places I decided to pay it because that's what I love doing.
So I would recommend going to places where successful people who share some kind of interest with you goes
You should also be able to bring something to their live so you help them grow while they do the same for you
