Hey boyos. Something I've been self-conscious and needing to iron out lately is my hug game. I feel like they could be better. Is it more about technique or muscle strength? I'm not exactly Bruce Lee or The Rock here...I'm a pretty skinny guy actually and my arms reflect that...I'm not a total string bean but you know. I've been trying to isolate what I could do better. If it's "lift" then that sucks...I'd much rather it be technique. I mean lifting would help I'm sure as well but I didn't think it was the primary thing.
