"I love my hair , too" Shit test

So , a few days ago , I was out infield and approached this hot chick and complemented on her hair ....but rather than being flattered ..she replied "I love my hair too ".

Now , I didn't knew how to respond to this and She left ....even though I knew it was a shit test .

Now , it's one thing to learn response to a particular sentence ... but I want to follow a mechanism where I could handle such tests without relying on lines .

I remember once a chick told my wing "Why does it matter to you?" as a response to my wing's direct opener .

I think that This happens not just in day/nightgame but even in general life too , for example with female friends or chicks you meet in hostels .

in your case "yeah i like ____________ something specific about the hair" "I like how you have the dark brown with blonde highlights, your hair is on point, anyways i am spyce" then shake hands, how is your day going??? whatever she answer i just came from the mall blah blabh blah.... But again if the attitude cont. to be shit! is cause she told you this to get rid of you,,, have a nice day!

in your friend case, she is being rude, i would say come on drop the act your are not impressing anybody...... But in your friend case it was fuck off! she wanted for him to go away...

Only Some chicks have been flat out rude on the open .

Possible reasons -

Them having a bad day .
Conservative mindset.
Auto rejection
Me not approaching with a good vibe i.e. visible fear on my face

I can't think of any other reaons
