I learned this way of approaching game on a private forum, one of the big name coaches taught me this and I was also given permission to coach this topic so I should be able to give constructive advice.

Anyways each of these areas you need to rate yourself 1-10, then write why you believe you have the rating that you have, and how you can improve your score in that particular area.

Categories:

1. Identity: Who you are as a person, what you do in your free time, hobbies, careers, interests, not necessarily personality but close to it.

2. Understanding of Theory: How much do you understand the structure of seduction and the science and why women find some things attractive and others a turn off. Do you have the M3 model memorized? How many attraction switches could you name? Can you describe a creepy guy? Can you describe an attractive alpha male?

3. Motivation: How driven are you to improve this area of your life. But also how motivated are you in general to improve your life in general.

4. Body Language: Hows your body language? Do you stand up straight, do you maintain eye contact? Do you stand parallel to the girl or at an angle? Etc.

5. Voice Tone: How’s your voice? Are you monotone? Do you talk with lots of passion in your voice and a lot of inflections? How deep is your voice? Do you talk too fast or too slow? Tonality can be quite attractive to women.

6. Style: Nuff said, how well do you dress when you go out. And how well groomed are you?

7. Conversational Repertoire: How well are you with keeping a conversation going? How many routines do you have memorized or conversational gimmicks? Do you have a routine stack. How often do you blank out and have nothing to say?

Identity: 8

Work-In-Progress. I've got a lot of new hobbies and just got a job at the mall as a "model" to wear nice clothes etc. Won't specify on it. Also I'm in the process of getting good at things that I am passionate about such as piano and guitar. Been practicing each for an hour a day. Been going to MMA a lot more often, and going to the gym almost 2 hours every single day. Benching well over 100 pounds above my body weight.

Aiming for benching double my body weight, etc. Refer to my month 1 thread. Only thing about this is that it takes time to get good at things such as musical instruments, same as pick up, but I'm patient so I can take the wait, and I enjoy doing it, same as pick up.

Understanding Of Theory: 9

I'd say I have a good understanding of the theory and why things work. I don't really care about this one much, I'd rather be able to apply everything like a natural and not understand why it works, than be a KJ who understands everything but can't apply any of it.

Motivation: 8

Just broke it off with a girl that I really liked for a while and that hit my state for a while. I was focusing like so much of my energy and time and concentration on how to get her for such a long time. Gay, I know. I'm ready to get back into the game full on though.

Body Language: 6

I think I have pretty good body language. Have some nervous tweaks that I could adjust. Like crossing my arms, putting my hands in my pockets, this weird gesture I do, and putting my hands together in front of me sometimes or holding drinks up in front of me.

Voice Tone: 6

I have an incredibly deep voice naturally. My singing instructor says that I probably have a voice that is in the deepest 1% of males out there. I'll post some recordings within the week of myself talking and reciting some openers and routines in my Month 3 thread when I get time. I have monotone problems, could talk with more pace, and volume is definitely an issue.

Style: 7

Nothing inherently wrong with my style, could use some more tweaks and a couple more full outfits ready to go. Also I don't always dress up my absolute best unless it is to go out for parties or sarging specifically.

Conversational Repertoire: 6

The majority of my conversations are self-scripts and just natural flow. I need to memorize and add some pro-scripts to my game. Been neglecting this area for a while. Seriously need to work on this.

Actually, my conversational repertoire Id probably rate at an 8 now. Being in field with Mystery really helped. Me tweaked my approaches and I found out I wasn’t delivering some of my openers correctly.

Almost 100% of my day game approaches end up with a phone number that the girl at least replies to.
